Der Anspruch auf eine im Sinne von Art. 7 Abs. 1 lit. c und Abs. 2 ELV gesondert berechnete jährliche Ergänzungsleistung setzt nicht einen bestehenden EL-Anspruch des (AHV- oder IV-)rentenberechtigten Elternteils voraus (E. 3 und 4).
